The benefits of yoga have been known for centuries, and with our busy lives, what better way to give your body and mind the attention that it deserves? Set in the peaceful ambiance of our upstairs art gallery, local yoga instructor Kate Marvel-Lewis is offering several classes throughout the week. Providing different levels and various meeting times throughout the week, there’s a class that’s the perfect stretch for you.

TUESDAY:
- Open Level Class - 8-9:15 am
WEDNESDAY:
- Beginner’s Yoga – 8-9:15 am
- Vinyasa Flow - 5:30-6:45 pm
THURSDAY:
- Gentle/Restorative - 5:30-6:30 pm
FRIDAY:
- Vinyasa Flow- 8-9:15 am
- Beginner’s Yoga – 9-10:15 am
Class Description
BEGINNER’S YOGA: A class for beginners to learn correct alignment and breathing techniques in basic yoga postures. Learn how to practice safely, honoring your own body, level of strength, and flexibility.
GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA: Appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Poses will be mostly on the floor, slow-moving and non-demanding on the body. Class is therapeutic and relaxing.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA: A vigorous, dynamic style which links breathing and movement through a heat building sequence of postures. (Not recommended for the absolute beginner)
Bits and Pieces
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your own mat and wear loose clothing. You are welcome to bring props, towels, and water bottles as well.

Class Card: $50 for 5 classes
